“I arrived 15 minutes early to complete my paperwork, which they did offer to send ahead of time as well. Upon completion, I waited no more than 3 minutes before I was seen by the hygienist, and then after the cleaning was done, I waited maybe another 5 minutes before seeing Dr. Ross. Everyone was personable, kind, and efficient. My wife and I were very impressed with the facilities and the staff.”

AMAZING!!!! the dental assistants & Dr. Ross made this experience fun. My daughter and I felt really cared for and I appreciate how they don’t rush you and take time to really explain things in detail. I’ve seen a number of dentists in the CSRA but none compare. Check-in was seamless and quick, front staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

It was my son's first time at the dentist and I imagined this going a lot differently. Staff was so great and so patient. They got him to warm up to them pretty quickly and then began to do everything they needed to while making the whole experience positive and exciting for him. Everyone there from front desk to the Dr himself were just so genuine and you could tell everyone wanted to be there and loved what they did. Thank you all!

Dr. Ross was very friendly and attentive. I arrived early to my 8 a.m. appointment, and the doctor started on time. The office is nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Just be sure to be at least 15 minutes early to your appointment so that you can get everything you’re scheduled for done.

First time going there, my friends who go there referred me. Outstanding service all around. The staff was friendly and willing to assist every step..This office will be my dentist from now on.

Great professional and friendly!! Receptionist was able to answer all my questions, Stefanie was very personable and has a funness about her. Dr. Ross didn't make me feel horrible about my less than ideal dental habits. He just encouraged a few other alternatives to how I go about starting better now. Gave a few other suggestions I had never heard before as well. Quite pleasant and enjoyable.

Greeted by a very pleasant receptionist at the front desk. Nice, bright clean reception area. My hygienist was very pleasant and Dr. Ross was extremely nice and had a great chairside manner.
